Accepted Payment Methods
We accept a range of secure payment options for both online and in-store purchases, including net banking, debit cards, credit cards (Amex, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard), UPI, PayTM, Google Pay, PhonePe, BharatPe, demand drafts, cheques, and bank UPI transfers. For payments made by cheque or demand draft, please note that order processing will begin only after the funds have successfully cleared. All payments must be confirmed on our end before we proceed with your order.
Payment Processing
Online payments are processed through trusted third-party service providers—Razorpay and PayU Money. We do not collect or store sensitive financial details such as full card numbers or bank account information. The limited transaction data we access is used solely for order identification, customer service, status updates, and facilitating replacements, ensuring a secure and pleasant shopping experience.

Shipping Policy
Delivery Within Bangalore
Orders within Bangalore are typically delivered within 2 to 7 working days, depending on product stock, destination, and transport availability. Customers in Bangalore may also schedule a pickup or arrange for showroom collection. There is also an option to have orders delivered directly to your construction site; please inform us in advance so we can coordinate unloading and cover any additional nominal charges. You may reschedule deliveries up to 7 days in advance by notifying us prior to shipment dispatch.
Delivery Outside Bangalore
For orders outside Bangalore, delivery may take 1 to 2 weeks due to additional packing and transit requirements for damage prevention. Additional logistics—such as unloading and partner selection—may be involved. Please contact us in advance via WhatsApp, phone, or email to discuss specific arrangements and ensure a smooth delivery process.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We strongly recommend verifying all details—including measurements, technical specifications, color, material, design, and quantity—with your contractor before finalizing your purchase. In cases where a delivery is refused or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the shipment may be classified as abandoned property.
